The Cleaning Solution removes baked-on carbon and grease from all sorts of cooking accessories.
Place rotisserie skewers and baskets, bakery pans, hood filters and many other items in the Cleaning Solution tank and let it do the work. After soaking for anywhere from 1 hour to overnight, staff remove the items and rinse the grime off them.
Laborious scrubbing is eliminated and yet the utensils are extremely clean, even in all the nooks and crannies. The detergent is operator and environment-safe too! Drain, rinse and refill once every 30 days.

Features - Waterpan
All of Hardt's rotisseries contain a built in waterpan. This serves a dual function acting as both a humidifier as well as a cleaning aid. The water that evaporates during the cooking cycle provides a moist environment that helps maximize product yield by minimizing shrinkage due to moisture loss. The water pan also catches the grease drippings and prevents them from being baked onto the bottom of the rotisserie.

and degreaser to automatically clean the interior of the cooking cavity. This
self cleaning feature saves money by eliminating the manual labour required to

Features - Capacity
Capacity is stated in the maximum number of 2 1/2 - 3 lb chickens that
can be loaded on the maximum number of spits the oven's drive will
accommodate. It is advisable to order an oven configured with fewer spit drives if you are roasting larger birds.
