National Account Executive

The NAE will establish and cultivate enduring relationships with new chain accounts. Applicants must possess a university degree, strong analytical skills, in addition to commercial sales experience and a customer-oriented approach. Occasional travel will be required.

Stackable - stacked 2 ovens high in order to increase capacity in a given footprint.

Features - Waterpan

All of Hardt's rotisseries contain a built in waterpan. This serves a dual function acting as both a humidifier as well as a cleaning aid. The water that evaporates during the cooking cycle provides a moist environment that helps maximize product yield by minimizing shrinkage due to moisture loss. The water pan also catches the grease drippings and prevents them from being baked onto the bottom of the rotisserie.

In dual rotation drive both the drive and the skewers rotate simultaneously.

Features - Prime Heat Source

Hardt's gas fired ceramic infrared burner penetrates quickly into the product to avoid dryness, ensuring a thoroughly cooked product.
The radiant heat heat melts the fatty layer beneath the skin to allow the product to be self basting.

Features - Live Flame Theatre

An open flame or Live Flame theater creates an ambiance and provides an alluring show for customers. This feature makes the oven appropriate for front of the house operations and improves merchandising in retail environments. The flame is also a secondary heat source and is recommended when roasting products other than poultry.

Features - One Touch Auto Clean

One Touch Auto Clean system mixes water and degreaser to automatically clean the interior of the cooking cavity. This self cleaning feature saves money by eliminating the manual labour required to clean a greasy oven at the end of the day and reduces equipment problems frequently associated with poor cleaning. Features - Capacity

Capacity is stated in the maximum number of 2 1/2 - 3 lb chickens that
can be loaded on the maximum number of spits the oven's drive will
accommodate. It is advisable to order an oven configured with fewer spit drives if you are roasting larger birds.
