AUTOCLEAN PERFORMANCE
Hardt was the first manufacturer to incorporate a fully automated AutoClean system in a gas rotisserie. Not only can your employees avoid manual cleaning but the cleaning process can be done after hours, allowing for increased cooking volumes and sales throughout the day.
PROGRAMABLE CONTROLS
With programmable controls for your most popular recipes, along with easy loading, there is less need for employee intervention, allowing them to cook and work more efficiently.
GREASE CAPTURE
The Inferno 4500 makes it possible to capture and manage all the grease produced from cooking throughout the day. It also eliminates the needs for a grease separator system and it increases safety at store level by not having to carry heavy buckets of grease. For high volume locations, you may even be able to generate revenue from collection companies.
